Breastfeeding Welcome / Lactancia Bienvenida. This piece from our Breastfeeding Welcome art series shows a parent nursing after breast cancer, with a partner resting a chin on their shoulder and a star of hope at the center. It honors every feeding journey and the people who hold us up along the way.
Art by Durham artist L Jámal Walton for our Breastfeeding Welcome series. Hang it in a clinic, office, child care center, or home to tell every family they are welcome here.
